Cosponsor · Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025 This bill expands Medicare coverage of chiropractic services to include all services provided by chiropractors, rather than only subluxation corrections through manual manipulation of the spine.

Cosponsor · Accelerating Access to Dementia and Alzheimer’s Provider Training Act or the AADAPT Act This bill reauthorizes through FY2031 and revises the Technology-enabled Collaborative Learning Program, which is administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration. This program provides grants to support the use of technology that connects different health care professionals to improve access to health care, including specialty care, for certain rural and medically underserved populations. The bill explicitly adds dementia care to the types of specialty care that the program may address.

Cosponsor · Metastatic Breast Cancer Access to Care Act This bill expedites payment of Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits and eligibility for Medicare coverage for those with metastatic breast cancer (i. e. , breast cancer that has spread to other sites in the body). Specifically, the bill eliminates the 5-month waiting period for SSDI benefits and the subsequent 24-month waiting period for Medicare coverage for individuals with metastatic breast cancer.

Cosponsor · Prescription Drug Transparency and Affordability Act This bill requires pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) to report, at least once every six months, prescription drug pricing, payment, and utilization data to the health insurance plans for which the PBM provides services. Specifically, a PBM contracted to provide services to an employer or sponsor offering a large group health insurance plan (i. e. , a plan with at least 100 employees or participants) must report to the plan certain information for prescription drug claims under the plan.
